We follow standardized QC procedures covering IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC. All abnormal issues will be traced, rectified and recorded for full traceability, to deliver qualified products to clients.

This quality control flow chart illustrates a comprehensive manufacturing quality management process from order confirmation to final product delivery. The workflow includes contract inspection, material purchasing, incoming material inspection, storage management, production preparation, mass production, in-process quality control (IPQC), assembly inspection, finished product inspection (FQC), packaging inspection, outgoing quality control (OQC), and shipment.

The production quality control system ensures that every stage of manufacturing meets strict quality standards. After receiving an order, the process begins with contract review and material purchasing, followed by raw material inspection and packaging material inspection before storage. During production, pre-production inspection, manufacturing process inspection, assembly quality checks, and finished product inspections are performed to identify potential defects.

If products fail inspection, the non-conforming items are returned to the previous production step for rework and correction. Products that pass quality inspections continue to the next stage until final approval. The final quality assurance process includes packaging inspection, warehouse storage, outgoing inspection, and delivery.
